Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a ChargeAutomation link to complete the digital check-in process. In that same link, you’ll find all the information needed for your arrival and unit access (entry instructions, codes, etc.). Access to the unit will only be enabled after completing this process. We recommend completing it in advance to avoid any delays in receiving the instructions.
The pool is open until 10:00 pm and, per building rules, glass items are not allowed in this area.
In case of key loss, a replacement fee will apply.
Late check-out without prior host approval may result in an additional charge of up to 50% of the last night’s rate.
To prevent condensation inside the apartment and as a precaution during rainy weather, we recommend keeping the windows closed while using the air conditioning. Any damage caused by not following this guideline may be charged through the booking platform.
