The picture on Expedia for this property is the restaurant, not the co-living kitchen! That's misleading. There are no utensils in the shared kitchen and you couldn't even borrow utensils from the restaurant pictured. Apparently we need to bring knives and folks on the plane? Yeah, so this place is really for non-flyers? The advertised air fryer has a broken handle, the front desk guys are the most unhospistable staff I have ever encountered. They might be better doing other jobs? The elevator displays the wrong floor numbers at times and would get stuck (!) The room has a weird smell and asking to be moved invoked a nasty response. It's too bad, the upstairs shared kitchen has four great refrigerators but the countertops are gross, worn out and often greasy. The place has so much potential. The location is great but it seems the staff have "checked out"? Fortunately, I met a lot of great people in Panama, so I know it's not a systemic issue with the city or country. It was time to move on...

This location needs a lot of work, from the shower being clogged, towels are worn out to the point of threading and they barely fit around the body. The hallway was dirty and the place smelled musky. I do like the location close to a lot of things very easy to move around. But they need to do alot to upgrade this place

El lugar es buen lugar para hospedarse. Quiero ser muy claro con esto. No es un hotel lujoso no es súper bonito. Es un hotel práctico. Absolutely the worst experience ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. No towels, no toilet paper – can you imagine checking into a place and finding that out? The shower was disgusting, full of fungus and mold, and honestly felt unsafe to even use. The elevator barely worked and felt like it could break down at any moment. On top of that, the place was incredibly noisy, impossible to get any rest. The kitchen was straight-up nasty, like no one had bothered to clean it in months. Staff moved at a snail’s pace, totally unhelpful, and clearly didn’t care about the guests. To make things worse, there was not nearly enough private parking, so good luck finding a safe spot for your car. This place is a total nightmare. I would never recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.
