Clean room and property, staff was amazing and friendly. All amenities worked with no issues, just every now and again the TV would have a signal issue. Hotel has a great location, only issue is they do not refill the coffee in the room, you have to go by the front desk to purchase coffee pods. But you can get all the coffee you want at breakfast in the mornings.

We had a great room that was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the sofa bed's mattress was a bit springy. We only wish that was more firm. The hotel itself was well-managed. Breakfast was great! One of the best breakfasts we've had at a hotel. Many options for breakfast. The hotel is situated right next to a shopping mall which was very convenient. The shopping mall has a great food court which we used almost every day. The food options at the food court are rather great. We had a rental car and parking was available in the mall's underground parking. We had a great time at this hotel and in Panama overall. We recommend the Residence Inn.

We had a large room. Friendly front desk staff. Excellent room attendants. The view from the pool and workout room was amazing. The lication was incredibly convenient to goid shopping and dining. Take Uber. The parking was tricky.
