I did not like that the reception desk was not on the ground floor and no one was there to receive us and tell us that we had to go up to SL. We also had to get the trolley to take our luggage up to SL. Additionally, there was confusion in meeting the Uber drivers at different entrances.

The hotel has a mall connected to it and the mall has a supermarket, theater, bowling alley and other amenities. It was very convenient, especially when you have young children.

Rooms were very clean, and property is well-maintained. The convenience of the connected shopping center with excellent and additional food and entertainment options was a huge plus. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. I traveled with my two children, and we felt completely safe at this location. Another added benefit was there is a grocery store right across the street. I would definitely recommend this location.

My family and I stayed there for six days. The room was cleaned daily, the staff was courteous and honest, the pool is beautiful, it was easy to get laundry done, the dining area is beautiful with a great view of the city. Everything was just so exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any visitor.
