This property has been a hassle from the beginning. Right after i booked, i got a email saying this property was under renovations but all the amenities were open. At that point i wanted to cancel because it was a special weekend but they have a no refund cancelation, they would keep my money. I then received a text message wanting me to send a picture of me holding my license, which was sketchy and they also wanted me to call a number and give them my credit card info, which was also sketchy, i followed through so i didnt lose my money. My wife and i get to the property, there is major construction going on with everything blocked or roped off, pools closed, 1 elevator working for an entire building so it took us 30 minutes or so to get a elevator. We get to the room and our code would not work, we tried and tried. They sent me 2 different codes, neither worked. So i texted the number and was finally able to get in the room. We get in the room and it is filthy, with bread crumbs on the counter to mold in the vent, sticky substance on the side of the refrigerator. Also both sinks in the bathroom was stopped up. The pools being closed was a big disappointment because we love swimming but we dont get in the ocean, especially after i was told all the amenities were open. I should have been told of the renovations and pools not open and giving a choice to cancel and get a refund but i was stuck or lose my money. Checkout time was 9am. We have never had a checkout that early.
