My Wife and I almost always try to get a room at this Place Have been coming for alot of years When we first started going to bike week the owners would always close most of basement to the Bikers but since new Owners this has not happened some time have trouble getting down there have to wait reason to keep due off bikes in the mornings this would be a great idea again

As always, the room was spacious and as advertised. The room was slightly too warm, but maintenance came a helped adjust the AC unit and it made a difference. The hotel does advertise room service that was not available. The staff was super friendly and all amenities were working. We have stayed here multiple times with and without the kids and will be back.

Balcony floors, rails, chairs have pigeons poop droppings all over we could not sit and enjoy to relax to view the ocean like we intended too. The floors need to get vacuum & mop. Balcony door is rusted and warped and air glow inside can smell the pigeon droppings so we placed a rolled towel. The room interior walls need repaint and bed sagging need new firm king bed. Need new curtains it’s dusty. Bath Rm door replaced with small accordion to not hit toilet or just replace it. Staff need more training to navigate the system. The building still has solid bone structured just need interior n exterior walls remodel n new furnishing. And control the pigeons dropping all over balcony’s!
