The hotel is very deteriorated, they must replaces all linens, towels, update all bathrooms. The elevator was constantly out of service, we stayed there because we were must of the time out at a convention, but the place needs a lot of repairing.

I do like this hotel for 25 USD ! i had some beef with the staff, but somehow they needed it + x eventually ;) Some rooms are well equipped (with fridge, microwave, sofa, etc) and big bathroom. Air condition is working, there is parking. The hotel kitchen offers decent food !

The room I was offered smell like mold. Nice hot water supply. Friendly staff. But the rooms needed repairs. There was a huge spot on the ceiling which indicated water leak. Someone tried to access my room the second day I was there. The key to enter my room deactivated every night. I had to go to the reception nightly to get access to my prepaid room. SMH.😪😪😪😪😪😪

Terrible hotel. The online pictures show a simple yet clean room. I was shown 2 different rooms and the furniture was run down, beds were stained and with hairs, walls had humidity stains and the smell was stale. They offer free shuttle to and from the Airport but, when I arrived to Tocumen, the staff of the transportation company that provides the shuttle service told me that they were not working with this hotel anymore and had to pay for a taxi to the hotel. I asked for my money back and was told that I'd have to speak to the supervisor, who was not present and allegedly would not arrive until "later" in the day. Since I was on Panama for only a day, I did not have time to return to demand my money back or go to the police or any other authority. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

Overnight Stay

The location of the hotel was in a part of town that is not extremely safe. There was ample parking in a lot nearby. Staff were friendly & check-in was a breeze. The size of the room was decent; hot water & water pressure was great. Wifi speed worked really well. Would not recommend for families or extended stay.
