Would not provide a room until 3 pm. A line up to get a room by 4 pm. Got the wrong room with only one bed when I ordered 2 beds. Never got a room until 6 pm although it was up graded room but still one bed. One person had to sleep on a cot. No towels, no bedding for the cot until 8 pm. Poor breakfest. Pool was merky. Did not swim in the pool. Very poor service. Never stay here again.

Muy mala experiencia, el elevador, las alfombras de las habitaciones super viejas, con cucarachas, la tasa del baño de nuestra habitación 809 tenia salidero, no tiene ni mini-refrigerador ni plancha disponibles, hay un olor fuerte en casi todo el hotel como de algun químico que usan no se para que objetivo poeque se ve que esas alfombras llevan muchos años en uso. Lo único bueno es la ubicación y por eso le doy 1 estrella
