We stay here all the time so that should say something. Return customer is a valued customer. However they are now setting a limit on the AC. Panama City is very hot and there is a lot of residual heat in the hotel. Because the AC will only go to the preset limit the room doesn't get very cold. Maybe if requested they can change the limit for a desired stay.
