We only stayed one night. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed that amenities. The pool, hot tub/sauna and lazy river looked amazing! Cinnamon rolls are always a highlight and like that you have scrambled eggs with nothing added. Wonderful variety!

Ice machine on 5th floor not working, when i informed the front desk she told me to just go to another floor. Pool was not heated on our 4 day stay (freezing) to cold to swim in the water. After my reviewon the hotel website they told me the heater was broken (after we checked out) but it really upset me that i was charge a 40.00 resort fee each day and the hotel wouldnt even adress my concern with the fee. They said "We look forward to seeing you again". Well, that is not likely to happen, as tere are plenty of hotels to choose from with the same view and balconies without resort fees. Night shift desk staff sleeping at the front desk each night i went downstairs. Buyer beware, oh don't forget the 20.00 per night parking fee.

The staff are too busy on their phones to care about you their guest or your experience. The walkways are caution taped off because of being unlevel and not safe. The room has a musty smell, the dirt around the balcony doors is disgusting. The bathroom has mold and midew in the shower, the shower door doesn’t close…. Considering it’s off season the price per night for this level of accommodation is ridiculous. Overall just dreadful.
