Excellent, the only problem when you reserve and pay your don’t receive your points from the hotels and other things is breakfast not included in the supose good rate. In the end you pay a little bit more or the same of what you get in the hotel directly

Desk staff was the worse at resolving issues. I understand the english barrier and used a translator. Unfortunately it appeared to purposely used to not resolve issues. The servers were very accomodating. I am most hurt after speaking with Cecelia at the desk the first day that we would not be having breakfast included in our cost, we would pay as we go, she documented and said great! Thanks. At checkout, they had charged me and didn't want to accomodate me. I had to plea for a receipt. I was told the manager Kabyai would be calling me since he was the only one that could waiver in the am 9/26 but never did. We never had breakfast not one day and got charged. Either I never use Expedia again or this hotel. We used the hotel restaurant everyday and had one meal disappointment. The last night Alfredo/server offered us a takeout treat and the desk even refused that.

This was an overall positive hotel experience for me. The staff were professional and responsive to issues and needs as they arose. The hotel is well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood seemed safe, with some small neighborhood stores and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is average, in terms of selection and food quality, but gets the job done. The room refrigerator worked well. The hotel only provides free in-room coffee for the first night, which is excessively cheap given the room price. Overall, I would stay here again when visiting Panama City.
