We provide 2 beach loungers & umbrella on the beach from 3/15-10/31. Stunning kitchen features granite countertops & tile blue backsplash. Bath features ceramic tile walk-in shower w/ rain shower head. Master bedroom has a king bed & 55 inch Smart HDTV. Sitting area has a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress & a 2nd Smart HDTV. Distressed plank tile flooring & eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing gulf, pool, & sunset views from your balcony & living room. Walk to Pier Park, Top Golf, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, & the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. Five minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, & charcoal grills onsite. We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1817520, 2381370) & a first floor unit (3262642).

This place was great! The view from the balcony is priceless. Hosts checked in to make sure we didnt have any questions. The chairs and umbrella on the beach were great to have. Will definitely stay here if we go back to PCB.
