Our room was leaking from the ceiling and we had to change room. There is no one to answer the phone at the front desk. There were not many food options at the restaurants and especially if you are a vegetarian. I would not stay there again.

Loved panama! But definitely wont return to this facility. When checked in, my room smelled like cigarettes, furniture was dusty and dirty. Thank goodness i bought my lysol wipes. Shower had no hot water, shower walls had hair on them. Even found a roach on the toilet paper. I complain and was given another room that was cleaner but after the first ordeal of previous room. I cleaned it myself with my lysol wipes. Also my mini bar was empty not even a bottle of water to drink my first night.

Excellent service by all staff members. We like to travel and noticed the service was unmatchable from every member. Great pools. Delicious food. Some rooms need renovation or a little touch up. Over all the place is peaceful, is welcoming, and is worth visiting.

It was truly a sight for sore eyes but the food sucked. Food is cheap in Panama so it doesn’t matter, for the views and aesthetic, I’d go again!

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. It lacked flavor and quality, which really took away from the experience. If the dining could be improved, this would be an excellent place to stay.

I recently stayed at this resort expecting a relaxing and enjoyable all-inclusive experience, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. Food Options & Quality: One of the biggest letdowns was the food. There were very limited dining options, and the variety just wasn’t there. For an all-inclusive resort, I expected a range of restaurants or at least diverse menus, but we found ourselves eating the same mediocre meals day after day. The quality itself was subpar — bland, poorly presented, and lacking in freshness. Entertainment: Entertainment was almost non-existent. There were no engaging shows, events, or even music in the evenings. It made the atmosphere feel dull, especially at night when most guests were left to entertain themselves. For a place marketed as a getaway destination, it was surprisingly quiet and uninspired. Staffing & Service: The resort seemed very understaffed. Long waits at the bar and restaurants, and very few staff around to assist with questions or needs. While the staff who were present did their best and were generally polite, it was clear they were overwhelmed and stretched too thin. Overall: While the property itself had potential, the overall experience was disappointing. If you’re looking for great food, engaging entertainment, and attentive service, this resort may not meet your expectations. I hope the management addresses these issues soon because the location itself deserves better

Mediocre

Mediocre overall. Restaurants are definitely not great. The private pool was nice, but the other was too loud with a deejay and loud music. Lack of transparency around refunds on hotels.com. They included one policy when we booked, then sent another when we cancelled the last two nights.

They need more food options and need to have more authentic Panamanian dishes..for every day and every time of day. ALSO a very terrible policy. My pickup was not until 4 PM. I paid for preferred package yet. At 11 AM, when I checked out to do the right thing, they told me. I could no longer use anything in the facility, not food, not drink not to bathroom anything.
