I expected higher quality hotel since my family and I stayed at a Dreams Hotel. Low staffing, pool dirty, rooms outdated, my shower was falling apart, food options during lunch weren’t that great by the pool and I had to go get my own drinks at an all inclusive hotel. Very disappointed. Also, VIP access attempt to convince my wife and I to participate in a morning breakfast with some reps in order to get a free massage. My wife asked the young lady if this was related to a time share sell, which the staff said no. I’ve stayed at plenty hotels, this was definitely a time share scam. Hope @Dreams Hotels conducts an audit at this facility. I figured franchised hotels need to keep up to date with hotel expectations. Again, ok, won’t recommend.

The food was incredible!!! Probably the best filet I’ve ever had. The desserts were even good which hasn’t happened in the last seven Dreams resorts we’ve been too. Unfortunately this was probably the most outdated one and with the exception of a few staff, the most unfriendly although they all said it was their pleasure to serve us. Severely understaffed. The property itself was gorgeous though and we loved the standards that come with all the Dreams resorts. There are hardly any all inclusive options in Panama though and I can’t say this was bad, just not up to par with our previous experiences.

Bard do have a good choice of drinks but the food was tasteless and not to many choices. Breakfast no cheese choices we had to make our own waffles, no cold cuts no bacon The pancakes were colorless and not Tasty. The workers were wondrful specially Eduardo who was there with anything we asked for. We are in Panama no seafood, plantanes or different kinds of fruits. 3 restaurants that were tasteless the buffet did not have much choices the dessert was not good no chocolate at all or snack place for the kids.

This is our 3rd Dreams that we've vacation at as a family of 4, and if this had been the only one, I would tell people to not stay at a Dreams. The pools had algae and were murky, so my daughters who would have been in the pool all day, everyday if I let them, didn't even want to swim in it after the first 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful (except the towel guy who just sat on his phone). The Preferred Club has great drinks, mostly better food, and the view and staff were great. There seems to be way to many employees at the VIP desks doing nothing, and only one person that actually checks guests in and out. Kids Club doesn't offer the kids to get food there during lunch or dinner hours (other Dreams locations have you select dinner when you check them in that evening and they eat at Kids Club, so you can have an adult dinner somewhere else at the same time. Nightly entertainment was also a HUGE disappointment...there wasn't really any, except mediocre salsa dancers one night and then the burning of the Christmas tree?? All the bell hop guys are extremely helpful and kind. There are less restaurant options (mainly for dinner only 3) than at other Dreams properties, and unfortunately we were unimpressed by the food quality and variety. Breakfast is the best meal of the day on the property, and it is downhill from there. Unfortunately, the property feels run down and less clean and maintained than other Dreams properties. The view and location are nice.

Excellent food - all restaurants and buffet. Room was clean and very nice. Pool area was great. Would be nice to have some shade/palapas and chairs on the beach for a quieter option. More shade in the pool area would also be nice. Loved the grassy areas as an option to lay with a towel. Staff were friendly but service is a bit slower in comparison to other resorts.

THE ROOMS LOOK NOTHING LIKE PICS…Totally catfished with booking this resort. Not only are the rooms dated and filthy. Halls, elevators are just as bad and cleaning crew does not change sheets at all and towels were stained, fridge beyond dirty so never touched the items in it. The outside property is prestige but I think that’s because Panamá is extremely clean (I’m sure there is some law)except for the ghettos which is obviously and sad by design to insulate the people. Food for all inclusive was terrible. We ate out a lot more than expected. The saving grace was the restaurant staff which was nice but you could tell even they knew food was bad. I really think Expedia should remove them until they do proper renovations and clean up because DREAMS in Panama is misrepresenting their resort. Expensive but should be Motel 6 prices and clearly the people booking this are not rating this resort.

Restaurant staff and front desk were amazing! They helped with all questions we had and made our 3.5 year olds trip memorable. Ordering drinks was difficult as there were so many people just yelling and surrounding the area. Language barrier was sometimes difficult with drinks but bartenders were friendly. Room service was great and timely. Housekeeping was great as well and extremely friendly.
