Great location walking distance (5 minutes) from Casco Viejo. The apartment had beautiful old floor tiles and a great view over the city. I would definitely stay there again, as the location and the apartment was very nice

Aside from the key combo being incorrect, wich was corrected in about 15 minutes, everything was fine. Great location, big two bedroom apartment, new a/c units, hot water, Netflix on a huge TV. Comfortable beds. On the edge of the Casco Viejo.

Excellent room and good location. I did not receive security door or room code . Another hotel ckerk was able to reach then fir me at 8pm at night when i arrived. The place as a tiny sign in black that yu will miss. Otherwise great place

Great photos of the property, they really enticed me to select this place. The location was on the border of Casco Viejo. My biggest disappointment was the lack of extra towels. I also had to buy our own hand soap, soap for shower, coffee, tea, and toilet paper. I asked for a complimentary cleaning and they only picked up trash, they did not replace the towels.

The property was very well located, right beside Casco Viejo. The apartment was nice, generally clean and the AC worked really way. I would make some suggestions for improvements such as adding some basic amenities (like hand soap) and adding a manual lock to the main door for added safety. I’d also suggest to be quicker to respond to important issues - specifically, the toilet was not working for half my stay (roughly the first 1.5 of 3 days) and since this was an apartment and not a hotel, I had to find a restaurant nearby to use.

The good: the apartment was awesome and spacious with a huge wrap around balcony for our unit. The AC worked really well and the location was amazing. The bad: I was initially frustrated with check in since a few days before I reached out to triple check I had the right info because I saw some negative comments about the process - but when I got there the code to the building didn't work. Luckily they got back to me quickly so we could access the building. Other than that it was great! Yes there's noise from the rooftop bar across the street but on a Monday/Tuesday it's not open late so plan ahead.

Clean condo. Full kitchen. Pretty noisy on weekend because of popular nightclub just up the street.Hot water in kitchen and one bathroom not working. Overall location was good for my 6 day stay. Getting around in this area was very easy using taxis and buses. I would definitely stay again.

The location was great and the apartment was good for the price. Smell was a bit mouldy smelling from not having the ac on but fairly common in the Caribbean and eased up once we had it on for a day or 2. No hand soap in the bathrooms which we found odd but nice little body wash and shampoos provided. One shower was awful with no pressure on hot but ither shower was better. Overall good stay.

Nice balcony, nice rooms, great view. Kitchen great. Bathroom and shower were great and we always had warm water. No lobby or anybody you can talk to. Music is extremely loud until early morning. The problem is the bass and the rhythm of the music. So the earplugs they provided were not useful. Music was only really once loud enough for us to hear in the apartment. Luckily it was salsa. Parking best at “casco $5 parking lot” about 10 minutes walking. It costs half of what the. Parking garage near by costs. .

The interior of the apartment was excellent, had all the necessities including hot water and air conditioning. There was a full kitchen, 2 private bedrooms with nice linens and walk out balconies. Easy aceess, but difficult to find, needs a bigger sign.
