They charged me 3X what the room cost every time my friends came over. We were having dinner and drinks and even after they signed in they continued to charge me extra. Horrible customer service. Megapolis and Golden Tower are right next door. Go there instead please.

I paid extra for a view room & was not disappointed! The breakfast included was very good! I did not like that even though my room was available at 1pm. I was not permitted to check in early without paying extra $20! The spa is horrible there! I was told I needed an appointment ok, so I tried setting up for various times and they didn’t even acknowledge me!! Go to the mall next door & there are 3-4 other massage places that are not rude! It sucks that jacuzzi & pool close at 8pm too early! The restaurants were absolutely divine & very reasonable for such high quality food & service!

The hotel rooms are very dated. First internet issues then no hot water. Furniture chipped and broken faucets hanging. They did switch me to better room but not after wasting a lot of time trying to fix the issues which were never resolved. Lesson learned you get what you pay for.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice with great views, the original had a damp moldy smell and once I reported it, my room was changed immediately, My only complaint was the breakfast, it was good that some food options changed daily but the quality was not the best. I think better care is needed with the hot food preparation.
