The room was nice and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. If you're looking for a room to stay that won't break your budget then I'd definitely stay here. The pool was nice, the kids there had a good time in the pool. The air conditioner worked great. It was very hot down there and our room always stayed nice and cool.

Bed was dirty pillowcase was dirty bathroom had trash behind the door. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower. The room of course was a smoking room was all they had so stunk terribly

The room smelled bad. There were cigarette burns along the side of the bathtub and cigarette butts in the bathroom floor. The doorknob in the bathroom was broken. The doorknob on the outside door was loose. The area around the hotel felt very unsafe. I would never recommend this hotel.

Well I booked without looking for reviews because it was the cheapest room for 4th of July in Panama City. I figured I'm just sleeping and leaving. The lady at the front desk was shocked I got the room for $65 and not $265 for being a holiday night. I was so glad I didn't pay more than $65. It was a mess. No breakfast, no extra towels, The guests seemed long term rental. Although the location was right next to a lot of fun amenities it was a scetchty stay. If the property was remodeled by a lot it would be a great place to stay.

Room was not well maintained and beds are hard! 2nd night we couldn't get into our room, something was wrong with lock on door. Had to keep getting front desk to open it. Then last night there, at 6am people were fighting outside our room. Like wth!!! Not cool! No coffee machine
