This is an older renovated hotel. Not new and pristine, but if you want 85-90%, this is a great stay. Every room has a spectaculat ocean view and that makes up for a bit of cracked paint. It's 4 floors and higher views are better. We just had a quick over night but I sat on the balcony and soaked up the view every possible minute! Staff was friendly!
