Excellent service of Samuel at the building. He helped us to check in. Appartment very clean and excellent view. Garage, gym, pool and lounge at the terrace were great. Also the wifi , the washer and dryer were working fine

Nobody is responsible for anything 1 mm No toilet paper Forks and spoons dirty with lard Toilet damaged Responses from employees : That is not my area Ask the platform for the toilet paper I sent 20 messages through the platform and no reply I called 10 times, no reply Toilet was never fixed Called for clean towels and sent me to wash the towels myself Administrator was never at the building I witnessed two parties of employees Left mesages for the administrators he never replied Every employee says that is not in my assigned work . When asking who’s responsibility is, the answer was I do not know

Overall it was a decent apartment, great location. Never saw housekeeping but wasnt a big thing for us cause we cleaned and took out garbage nightly and there were garbage bins in every stairway. I definitely would stay again.

If you’re going to stay here please walk with your own disinfectant. There are roaches everywhere. I kill at least 30-40 since I’ve been there. I don’t appreciate how they check for booking info. They had to be scrolling on WhatsApp to find my reservation as such I was standing and waiting for minutes.

Broken pull out couch in living room, there were cockroaches in the apartment and request for fresh linens was told they don’t supply that even though in booking it said we could get that service for a fee. Over all it was a nice stay all things considered.

Check-in was easier than I anticipated. I simply presented my identification, and once verified, the keys were handed over along with instructions for locating my assigned apartment. Upon entry, there’s a sign on the wall with a QR code you can scan to access additional useful information and property rules, as well as helpful details about Panama. Despite seeing some mixed reviews before booking, my stay was amazing. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, had lovely views, and was quiet except for light traffic and distant construction. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the host was responsive whenever needed. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable, home-like stay in a safe and convenient area with everything you might need close by from dining and shopping to relaxation and everyday essentials. I also felt safe walking around late at night, as there were always residents out walking their dogs or jogging.
