This place was nice. Beautiful city and ocean views. Some stuff were broken in the apartment and the parking was a bit difficult but other than that good value for the money. I would definitely go back to this property.

The view from the apartment was beautiful but the apartment wasn’t clean enough, the blankets were dirty. The staff at the lobby were extremely rude, they had such an attitude towards the guests, there were a couple but Maria Puello was the one with most actitudes, she will always have a face. The only staff member who didn’t have such an attitude was a guy named Carlos Aguilar.

STAY FAR AWAY! Where do I begin with rating this property? We specifically chose to stay with this host because we stayed in one of their other units earlier this year. It was comfortable and had no issues. We expected the same with this particular unit. We were horribly wrong. For starters, we had to ask for a second key to enter the apartment. Last time we automatically got two keys. On the second day we had a flood in the guest bathroom. Water was literally filling buckets as it fell from the ceiling ventilation. Not only was this a slip and fall issue, it was a potential for an electrical fire with all that water. All we got was a "sorry for the inconvenience, just don't use that bathroom" response. No sense of urgency and not a care in the world. 2 days later the entire bathroom ceiling collapsed. It took a total of 11 days for them to send someone to look at the problem. As for the rest of the apartment... the kitchen drawers were held together with screws sticking out from the outside of the drawers. The power outlet in the main bedroom was loose from the wall and had no power. The headboards in the 2 guest bedrooms were coming undone and the posts could have easily fallen to hit those sleeping in the head while in bed. The glasses on the kitchen table had water in them which told us they didn't bother to wash the used plates, utensils and glasses. Our complaints went unanswered until we said we would tell Expedia. Not Happy!

The ocean was visible from the room. We had 2 issues, first being we only getting one keycard since the keycard is needed for AC and lights. 2nd issue the handle on on of the rooms broke and locked some of us in a room and had to go downstairs to get someone to open the door. They said they would come back to fix it and never did.

Staff, pool, location excellent. Size of apartments excellent. Cleanliness was the biggest problem. Also, if you are staying a few days you will need to provide your own napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, salt pepper etc. View was awesome Central location, very safe. Floors were so dirty in the apartment you could not walk barefoot without soaking your feet afterwards. Pool are and lobby were kept clean though

We loved the view,security was good and the space was applaudible.However amenities could've been better,for example there were six of us but only four glasses, no water pitcher,also a few tiny roaches were noticeable in the cupboards,washrooms and kitchen.More cooking utensils such as proper pot spoons,bowls and larger knives would be appreciated Nevertheless our stay was an enjoyable one.Would recommend.

Really nice! I was a bit worried after reading a few bad reviews, but this exceeded expectations! We said in 28B, it was absolutely gorgeous, the views took our breath away. We ordered Uber Eats, got it in minutes. Safe property and slept well in AC rooms. Definitely a good option!

The views are so good from the living room and each of the rooms. Loved the view of the city from the bedroom and of the water from the living room. The bed in the master bedroom is amazing had the best sleep ever. I really loved that the building felt so safe with 24 hour security and key fob entry and elevator. The pool was also very nice with a great view at night and clean as well.

It was quiet. Convenient pick up drop off however, the elevator was giving issues or the sensor for the elevator ker was giving problems. We booked a 3 bedroom apt one with a king size bed however all the beds seems double or queen. The dryer was not working so we had to air dry our clothes. Otherwise I felt safe!!
