The beautiful views, easy beach access, convenience of a kitchen and location to many great restaurants was a highlight, however the conditions and cleanliness of the hotel was poor.

Overall property needs MAJOR upgrades,Entry room door large gap under door, peeling paint, bathroom musty dirty,kitchen area filthy ,dirty discussing,pool area peeling paint ,grassey area not trimmed or mowed. Great location on the beach nice tiki bar(though closed when we were there.Nice helpfull staff.Aplogized for the state of the place!!

First room had a hole in the wall. We moved into another room. You could not see out of the window and there was trash left in the bathroom, dirty floors and appliances, bugs in light fixtures. We got locked out of the room because the key cards wouldn’t work. It took management 30 minutes to check it and then decided they would have to change the entire lock, taking away our vacation time. When asked for a refund, the desk clerk said the manager would call us, but she never did. No assistance or discount was given. When we called the clerk back she said hotels.com would have to assist us. No assistance was given by them either.
