Inside, the master bedroom features a plush king bed, while each guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, ensuring everyone has a private retreat. Additional sleeping options include twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area, providing flexible arrangements for all guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need for meal preparation, whether you're brewing morning coffee or preparing a gourmet dinner.

This property requires an additional parking fee. A one-time fee of $35.00 plus tax is due upon arrival at the front desk and allows parking for up to two vehicles.

🐾 Pet Policy 🐾
One dog under 30 pounds is allowed per unit. There is a nonrefundable one-time pet fee of $300.00 USD plus tax, charged by Treasure Island and due at check-in.

🔞 Minimum Age Requirement 🔞
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain present for the duration of the stay.
