The place gave us everything we needed! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for 3! The owners were on top of everything from beginning to end with details. They even checked up on us during the stay; Sweet of them. The beach chairs included were convenient, but the third party who handles them were rude. As my sister said too blessed to be stressed. The property Origin was clean and the elevator was quick. Everyone there were lovely and we all tried to help each other. It was a great trip. We will book and recommend John & Tracy’s unit to everyone.

What a stunning condo! I couldn't be happier with our stay. My family had such a fantastic time enjoying the pool and soaking in the breathtaking views. John and Tracy were absolutely wonderful—they were always there when we needed them. I wholeheartedly recommend this little slice of heaven; it has truly captured our family’s hearts! Beachy Dreams was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well decorated. We enjoyed sunrises/ sunsets from the 15th floor observation deck. The beach is directly across the street from the condo. Fabulous! The pool & hot tub were also great. Pool water warmer than the air. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping near by.Our hosts were great to work with. Much thanks to them for everything.

The place is beautiful and so well maintained. Even though we were on the 12th floor we were very surprised at how the the elevators were, we never waited over a couple of minutes. We would definitely stay here again. I just can’t think of one negative thing to say.

Vacation Well Worth It!

The property is simply Awesome! Right across the street from the beach, plenty of Eatery as well, the pool, the game room, the movie theatre, the relaxing decks with grilling accessories… you really don’t have to go anywhere. We were basically, “At Home” away from home in our rental. The Owners were exceptional! We would definitely love to stay again.

A couples get-a-way

PCB Paradise

We stayed just shy of 3 weeks at this beautiful property. It is obvious that John & Tracy take a great deal of pride in their "dream". A very clean and well appointed home, made our stay just wonderful. Great views and location. We found the staff at Origin friendly and did a good job keeping the grounds tidy. The condo is in a perfect location! Close to the grocery, Pier Park, several restaurants and souvenir shops! The condo was spacious and there was plenty of room for me, my cousin and her two teen kids. The hosts were very responsive when I reached out with any questions. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place close to the beach and activities!!

Wonderful Hosts - 5 STARS!

John and Tracy went above and beyond as our hosts. Great communication and willingness to work with us. We loved staying in their place with the oversized master suite and king sized bed, and they made it easy for our family to eat in when we wanted with their well supplied kitchen. Be very careful with parking! When in doubt, ask either John and Tracy or the property management before assuming you have the proper hang tag for the lot you're in! John and Tracy are wonderful (seriously!), but the property management and security team are unforgiving on this!
