This thoughtfully designed home comfortably sleeps eight, offering a mix of privacy and shared spaces ideal for families or groups. The serene primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom hosts a cozy queen, while the third includes a twin-over-full bunk, perfect for the younger travelers. An additional sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexibility for larger groups.

Inside, the open-concept layout welcomes you with natural light, soft hues, and plush furnishings. The kitchen is a modern delight, with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and all the tools you need to whip up anything from a beach-day picnic to a Gulf seafood dinner. The spacious living room invites you to gather for movie nights on the Smart TV or simply relax with a book after a day in the sun.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

Parking
Palms at Prominence has designated parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited in this community.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
