Avoid the parking garage traffic and long elevator waits at this newly renovated townhouse that is conveniently located in close proximity to all the great restaurants, attractions and shopping (less than a mile from Shipwreck Island Waterpark, a hop, skip and jump to the shops at Edgewater and just 2.5 miles from Pier Park) the area has to offer. This condo is dog friendly upon host approval and pet fee added to reservation. Sandy Souls is a short 5-minute walk to the soft white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast (public beach access 44 & 45). This two-story townhouse offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry room and charcoal BBQ pit. This is the place you'll want to come back to every time you visit Panama City Beach!

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like highchairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those items.

Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.
