Excellent property 5 houses from the beach! Property manager was awesome in resolving any issues we had. Highly recommend will stay here again!

Very good house in West PCB

I want to represent this property the best I can so I will list all the positives and negatives. Positives first. Great location. Easy 1 block walk to Front Beach Road and Public Access 89 is right there. The house is a full renovation and the updates are nice. Very clean. Great King beds in the (2) bedrooms. Nice bunks in the front room. Kitchen is well stocked. Washer and Dryer are new as well. Now the not so good.. Owner response is slow and limited. I reached out when I first arrived about some broken cabinets and there was no response back. I also inquired about a blanket that was left behind and there was initial response but then that stopped. The house: An exterior side of the house is shared with another property which butts right up to their pool and courtyard. You do not have access to that pool but you do get to hear the guests in that house whenever they are outside. If you are in the living room trying to watch tv or just hangout the noise can be an issue. The backyard looks really nice in the pictures but upon arrival it wasn't as user friendly as it appeared. A little more TLC could go into that. That's about the gist of it. All in all a good property and location. With just a few fixes it could be great. Good luck.
