This is a Tidewater "L" Plan which features a gulf front master bedroom and the WIDEST Balcony in all of Tidewater. This beautiful 16th floor condo will sleep 6 with a King Bed in the master, a bunk area with 2 FULL size bunk beds ideal for kids, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two full bathrooms and in unit washer/dryer along with granite countertops and stainless appliances are just a few of the awesome features of this condo.

You MUST be at least 25 years old to book this property per Tidewater HOA rules! You will be asked to show ID upon arrival.

Tidewater Beach Resort charges a $35+tax+credit card fee as total resort fee.

Beach Chairs are NOT included with the rental.

Tidewater beach resort is located less than a mile west of pier park and will be the first building you see when driving from the airport. Tidewater features: 2 huge lagoon style pools with tiki bars - 2 gulf front hot tubs - huge gulf front work out facility - sauna - steam room - on-site movie theater - large conference room (great for corporate gatherings) - indoor heated pool - on-site coffee shop - on-site game room! -and much more!!! The resort is located on over 630' of beach frontage, you can have a blast in the water para sailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax on the beach with a good book!

Parking is free and covered and would fit any regular size vehicle up to 7 feet. Guests are given permits for 2 cars.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Could have been cleaner, not an updated condo. Couldn’t hardly get into the fridge due to the handle hitting the stove. Garbage disposal didn’t work. No light that would work in the bunk room, several bulbs out in the bathrooms.
