I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the condition of this room the ceiling fans don't work, living room window shutter is broken and slamming against the window, there has been a major water leak in the ceiling which has caused visible black mold therefore it's causing the floor to be weak, the master shower does not work, the outdoor shower head is broken, the blinds in the master bedroom are broken, there is dog hair everywhere, the doors to the laundry room are broken and will not stay on track. I do not understand how you could even rent this in the shape that it is in to a family that works hard for their money. You rent this to a family with small children which is very unacceptable. I will say that if it wasn’t for hotels.com moving us to a different location we would probably all be sick. Southern vacation rentals is the worst company to rent from and deal with.

I don’t like the fact that one of the tv’s would not work in the second room and when we got there the code they gave me for the door would not work. I did like it was clean and how big it was.
