Beautiful condo at Sunrise Beach Resort, Panama City Beach. This beautifully decorated two bedroom plus bunk room, two bath, ninth floor condominium has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features a gulf front family room and master bedroom that overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with magnificent sunset views. The extra large balcony includes dining and lounging areas. This unit is located on the 9th floor which is 4 floors above the elevated pools and hot tub, an ideal floor to be on. Convenient parking is located underneath the building so no need to walk across the street as with many of the other condo buildings.

** Enjoy free beach service during your stay. Two chairs and umbrella daily at the beach March through October. **

This condo features a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area. For workout enthusiast, Sunrise offers an expansive fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

This unit sleeps seven and easily accommodates four adults and three children. The master bedroom with a king bed faces the gulf. There is a second bedroom with a queen. The bunk room sleeps 3 with a twin over full bunk bed. TVs are located in the family room, master bedroom, second bedroom and bunk room. This condo has granite countertops, fully stocked kitchen, master garden tub with separate shower, high speed internet access, etc. Sunrise is located less than 1 mile from Pier Park which makes it an ideal location.

You will be guaranteed this condominium with its location just four floors above the pools and hot tubs, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
