Grab your bikes (or take a drive) and in just 5 minutes, you'll be sinking your toes into the sand at Deer Lake Beach Access. Plus, there are 3 other beach access points close by for easy beach-hopping fun. You've got the beach, we've got the gear! We provide beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels.
You're also centrally located with Rosemary and Alys to the East - just 10-15 mins via bike, or you're a golf cart ride away to Seaside to the West. You're in the middle of it all that 30A has to offer!
Prominence also features 2 resort style pools! The Northside pool is seasonally heated (Oct/Nov + Mar/April) and offers zero-entry (perfect for kids). The pool also features loungers, umbrellas, grills and dining, plus a locker room and restroom. The Southside pool features cabanas and loungers as well!

To Note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (Unit C) There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
