To make your beach-stay more enjoyable, our condo offers 2 FREE beach chairs each day of your stay (seasonally from March 1 to October 31)! It gets better still, this property has not one but two side-by-side reserved parking spaces, for your vehicles, conveniently located on the second level parking, under the building and close to the elevators. No long walking distances to your car and no walking across the street! The first parking pass is free, an additional parking pass for a second vehicle cost $20.

Welcome to our Ocean Reef coastal cottage condo! The condo is beach-front with an oversized 10x28 balcony with room for everyone. From the moment you walk-in you'll be awed by the upgraded features including beautiful wood plank siding, wood floors, upscale southern coastal decor, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful bathrooms including a custom walk-in shower.

The living room features a wrap around, leather, sectional sofa and arm chair that provides ample sitting for everyone. Enjoy gazing at the beautiful gulf water or watching evening movies on the wall-mounted, large screen, TV (with soundbar), or stretching out and taking relaxing naps on the comfortable sofa.

The kitchen features a stylish, farmhouse, deep white sink and stainless appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, electric range oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The elegant dining room table sits six and the breakfast bar includes four bar stools. You have everything you need for preparing delicious meals.

The gulf-front master bedroom includes a king size bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom with double vanity, and beautiful walk-in shower. The large guest bedroom offers two queen beds with separate guest bathroom access that includes a stylish combination shower/tub and vanity.

A separate laundry room offers full-size font loading washer and dryer.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

This was an awesome property. Comfy beds, nice cooking skillets ( green pans)and sharp knives. That may sound silly but we’ve bought many a pan and knives through the years. The balcony view was incredible from the 23rd floor. Would stay here again!

This condo is absolutely amazing, top notch!!! All the decorations and finishes are high end, reserved parking is great and right next to the elevator also has easy access down to the beach. The view is breath taking and location allows easy access to everything in town. The host was great and accessible….100% recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It was beautiful and the beds were super comfy. We also really enjoyed the balcony furniture. The only suggestion I would make is to connect the tvs to the internet so that guests could sign into streaming services. We would definitely stay again!

Great experience! I’ve been staying in condos at the beach for many years now and this was one of the best stocked kitchen I have stayed in. This condo is beautifully decorated. Convenient to everything, great beach access. We hope to stay here again next year!

Unfortunately, the condo was not very clean. Lots of dust it was beautifully designed and in a great location. Only one elevator was working during my stay, which was communicated to me the day I was arriving. I was there on a holiday weekend so it was a little difficult getting from the 23rd floor to the beach or to my car but otherwise it was a decent place to stay.

Beautiful view

This condo is on the 23rd floor. Very clean, with comfy beds. Bring your binoculars, as we were delighted to see dolphins from the balcony! Bring basket style coffee filters. Even though the listing said pets are not allowed, there was a lot of what seemed to be pet hair on the living room rug.

Condo was in great shape We felt like we were walking on shells trying to not bring sand in and have everything exactly like it was when we came. Down to pillow arrangements. " Not owners fault, but elevators did not work properly and according to reviews have not in sometime. Sometimes a 20 minute wait.

My wife and I spent our 35th anniversary here. this condo had everything you needed for the two weeks we were there The room was on the 23rd floor which is the top floor and you have a penthouse view . My wife didn’t think she would like to be up that high but she really enjoyed it once she got use to it

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At entry, it was clear this was an exceptional condo. It was immaculate, furnishings in good condition, beds and pillows comfortable, and interior decorations tasteful. We did not use any of beach equipment furnished, but all looked new or nearly new. All necessary or desired kitchen equipment and utensils available, as well as enough dishwasher detergent and dish soap to begin. Even few laundry pods which was unexpected. There were small bars of soap to begin, no shampoo and no tissues - all minor but nice to know for planning. We were also pleased with overall friendliness and upkeep of condo facilities. For instance, one of three elevators down for servicing so an attendant on duty during peak hours which made that much more efficient. Saw multiple people picking up trash or cleaning around condo grounds every time exited. Beach was very short walk down ramp and beach service with umbrella and beach lounge chairs was tremendous. Pools were also immaculate, conveniently located and large. Location on Front Beach Road was easy access to multiple sites including restaurants. The convenience of two parking spots for this condo was remarkable, we also never experienced overflow parking to be full and it was literally right across the street. PBC, in general, was very friendly and courteous service, when crossing busy street the traffic always paused for pedestrians or to let car enter traffic. We have been beaching at Gulf Shores several years and loving it, we all agreed PBC is our new favorite! Booking, payment easy through Greta’s Beach Rentals. Their communication throughout and particularly the week of arrival was exceptional, even contacting us personally upon arrival to assure everything satisfactory. We were provided a customer service line that was answered promptly for any questions. This was absolutely a carefree, relaxing experience in a comfortable, beautiful condo. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you.

We had a great stay. The balcony was very spacious, with lots of comfortable seating, and had the most beautiful view. The condo was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and stocked with anything you need to cook with. You should bring any spices or other condiments needed as there is only salt and pepper, so prepare for that in advance. Beach was so close to the condo it was easy to run back and forth when needed. Expect a short wait for the elevators, at times, especially on the weekends when there are more people checking in and out. Lots of fun places to go within walking distance. Our favorite restaurants were Runaway Island and Sharky’s, (which has a really cool playground for kids.) If you don’t mind driving, or taking an Uber, another favorite was Boon Docks. Highly recommend this condo. You won’t be disappointed.
