**Renters Beware**Our stay at this property was very up and down based on how this property management team operates. The actual unit was a disappointment as was their lack of communication and resolution to issues of in the unit. We traveled as a group of 14 people (7 adults/7 children) to a unit that was supposed to have a washing machine. Upon check in the washing machine was not functioning well as it would not spin the water from the clothes. This was notion the 2nd of 7 nights, and immediately communicated with the property manager. They did not send anyone for two days, and then the issue was not resolved. We ultimately had to spend hundreds of dollars to wash beach towels, swimsuits, clothes, bath towels etc. The property manager mentioned they were “looking into an amount of compensation to offer” but they have been radio silent since that message which was 5 days ago. The unit was cluttered in every closet with random (dirty) comforters, stained pillows, really dirty carpets. (If your kids wear white socks, prepare to throw them out). The couch’s in the living room needed to have bedsheets covering them due to how dirty they were. The air condition rattles loudly in the master bedroom and both the bathroom and bedroom doors do not lock/stay shut in the second master bedroom. There are two hot water heaters, one worked, the other side of the unit took cold showers all week. The Sterling Beach grounds are an amazing location & clean. Wish the unit was the same.
