🚭 No Smoking Policy
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the home or on the premises.
Any evidence of smoking, including lingering odors, ash, or residue, will result in a minimum $500 smoke remediation and deodorization fee, and may lead to additional charges if extra cleaning or ozone treatment is required.
🌊 Gulf View Disclaimer (Recommended)
Gulf views are visible from the upstairs balcony and select areas of the home. Views may vary based on lighting, weather conditions, and seasonal changes.
🔥 Heated Pool Disclosure
Pool heating is available seasonally and upon request. Must be notified and paid 48 hours before check in. When enabled, the pool is heated to approximately 83–85°F, weather permitting. Outdoor temperatures may impact the pool’s ability to maintain the set temperature. Heated Pool charge of $50 per day paid after reservation is made.
🎥 Exterior security cameras
Security cameras are located at the front and back entry doors, and the pool for guest and property security. There are no interior cameras or monitoring of private spaces.
🔥 Gas Grill Use
Guests are welcome to use the gas grill. If used, it must be cleaned after use.
Failure to properly clean the grill will result in a $150 additional cleaning fee.
