This access point is known for its quiet charm and walkability, making it a favorite among Southwind guests who want to skip the crowds and enjoy spontaneous beach time. While there are no restrooms or showers, the proximity to the condos and the laid-back vibe make it ideal for morning strolls, sunset views, or quick dips in the Gulf.

The community pool offers a refreshing escape just steps from your condo. - This unit is an upstairs unit (second level) and does have a staircase to get up to it. There is no elevator at this complex.

- Paid parking is $25 per vehicle (covers 1 car — max of 2 per stay)

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
