Coast Is Clear has been a sought after beach home for years. The newly completed guest house, porch, private pool, master grill area, and fire pit only enhances a family favorite vacation rental here in Carillon Beach.
The large front porch surrounded by a white picket fence beckon as the Coast is Clear where views of Lake Carillon astound. This incredible vacation home features a four-bedroom main house along with a two-bedroom guest home with a privacy pool in-between. The Coast is Clear provides a picturesque accommodation for a large family vacation in Carillon Beach. The main house is beautifully-decorated and accommodates up to twelve guests, while the guest house sleeps six.
Entering the home, posh furniture accompanied by onyx colored tables and a large wall-mounted flat-screen television with complimentary cable. Dark oak hardwood floors bring warmth and depth. Adjacent to the stairs is a beverage bar with a coffee maker, wine cooler. Nearby, a large dining room table seats eight comfortably. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a magnificent island with seating for four. Milano quartz countertops, a custom tiled backsplash, and professional grade stainless-steel appliances share this space with white custom kitchen cabinets. This inspiring kitchen will awaken your inner chef.
Walk-over #7 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31).

Coast Is Clear is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.
PARKING POLICY: 5 vehicles OR 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.
GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach.
