With seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and space for 18, there’s room for everyone to spread out. The backyard is dreamy. Shady trees, plenty of sun, and a pool that’s perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.

The first-floor living area is great for kids and teens, with a primary suite, king, two guest rooms, both king, and a bunk room. The second floor is where everyone comes together, featuring a spacious, newly decorated living-dining area, an updated kitchen, and a deck with a grill just steps from the kitchen. A primary suite, king, with a sitting area and deck access and another guest room, queen, round out this level.

Up top, the third floor is all about the views. The primary suite, king, has a newly remodeled bathroom and a private deck with Gulf views that might just steal the show. A cozy loft with a full bed and shared bath finishes things off.
