ROOMS - there are 3 bedrooms on the house, 1st room has King bed, 2nd room has queen bed, 3rd room has 2 full beds 1 trundle bed. Each bedroom has 50" smart TV with Roku available with guest's account.

PRIVATE BACKYARD - the backyard door is located at the master bed room. There are table, chairs, and gas grill for you to use to enjoy your stay.

BONUS- there are 6 beach towels for guest to use and small sunscreen to enjoy your beach days, there will be quick snacks and cold water when you enter the property.

Amazing location & place

Jay was wonderful, communication was impeccable, house just like on tbe pictures , clean ,spacious and in the middle of all the fun activities. I totally recommend this place and if we decide to go back to Panama City we will absolutely rent this property again .. My girls and i are really happy about our stay .
