Boasting a deep front porch and surrounded by manicured landscaping, this dazzling island-style home has space for 10 and is seconds away from the charming downtown, the stunning Rosemary Sky swimming pool, Rosemary fitness center, tennis courts, and the gorgeous private beach.

A flagstone path leads up to the front door, which opens into the wide-open LIVING and DINING SPACES. With classic white shiplap walls, the LIVING AREA features a plush khaki sofa and matching armchairs. Behind the sofa is a rustic dining table with seating for ten, illuminated by a stunning chandelier. Outside through the glass doors is the SUNROOM with a game table perfect for mah Jong or a family card game. Catch the game on the new brand new 65" QLED mounted in the sunroom. After a sun and sand-filled day at the beach, you’ll want to kick off your flips flops and relax in the spacious COURTYARD with a glass of wine and some good friends.

The gleaming hardwood floors continue into the bright, pristine KITCHEN. Here, double-stacked white shaker cabinets provide plenty of storage space, and the classic quartz countertops provide the workspace. A small center island has seating for two, and the appliance suite includes a premier gas range, a stainless steel refrigerator, and a high-efficiency dishwasher. On Sundays, you can stroll over to the 30A Farmer’s Market— then head back home to prepare fresh blueberry pancakes for your crew.

Upstairs, there are three private and peaceful bedrooms. The first is the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, which features a divine king-size bed and an ENSUITE BATHROOM with a separate tub and step-in shower. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM includes an inviting king-size bed, while the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has two twin-size beds. Another FULL BATHROOM can be accessed from the hallway.

What makes this home truly special is the quaint CARRIAGE HOUSE, located above the garage. This convenient space is ideal for groups that include inlaws or older children who are looking for a bit more privacy, but still want to stay close!
