Pool Info Heating Policy
-Pool heat is available for $50/day (2-night minimum). We require 48 hours' notice to heat the pool to approximately 89 F. The pool does not reach hot tub temperatures
-Please do not adjust any pool equipment. Tampering with the heater or settings is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
-Heater performance depends on weather. It can only warm the pool about 20 F above outdoor temps. If the average temperature is below 64 F, the heater may not work effectively.
-Pool light may be non-operational. As this is a private home, repairs may require custom parts and scheduling. This does not qualify as false advertising.
-Regular maintenance is required. Pool service occurs twice per week please expect a technician during your stay.
