No exactly Picture Perfect!

It’s a nice place, nice area! The cleaners had turned the AC completely off upon our arrival. Which made it difficult to cool down the first night. The property manager was awesome in checking in on us. Overall the house is an older place so it has its quirks. But definitely a great value for a family beach vacation!

My friends and I loved our stay at this beach house. The owner had great communication, and responded quickly. The walk to the beach was very short as well. Our first night, we used the grill to make steaks for a birthday dinner. There were games downstairs and were very fun. We also loved the downstairs area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway!!

My family and friends enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property that is a short walk to the beach or only a 30 second drive! The property owner Jim was super helpful and kept the communication open at all times. We will keep this house in our rotation for the next time we visit Panama City Beach!!

We had a great time at this place. It’s super close to the beach and has an awesome basement area to hang out in. Definitely recommend this place, note that there is not a hot tub. Even still, this place is more than worth it!

Great stay

My friends and I had a wonderful time. The place was clean, with a very fun basement and lots of great space to hang out and enjoy Panama City. The hosts were great people who were very quick with communication and friendly. The house is in a wonderful location, two minute walk to the beach, and fit the seven of us perfectly. Overall awesome experience and definitely would stay again.
