All Non-smoking Handicap accessible No Stairs for first floor or back deck, NOT ADA compliant. Parking for up to 6 vehicles.

Exterior Security Surveillance Cameras are positioned in the front and rear on the outside of the house. Front cameras have coverage of the front parking area and front entrances. The rear cameras have coverage of the upper and lower decks, the pool / hot tub areas and the rear entrance. All exterior cameras are offline during every rental period to protect our guests' privacy and cannot be activated remotely. There are no Surveillance Cameras located inside the house.

We love the sea ease beach house. This was our 2nd time staying here. The house has been renovated since our 1st stay, and it is even nicer. We hope to make it back next year.

We had a great time at this place. The house was a little run down and needed some TLC but that didn’t stop us from having fun. It’s in a great location close to everything too. Wonderful trip

This is an older home but it has a lot of character. The location of this property is excellent and within walking distance to Pier Park. We loved the openness of this home. Very spacious and the views from the livingroom are spectacular. A great time was had by all.
