The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the entire stay.

No pets are permitted.

Watercraft, boats, trailers, campers, buses, and RVs are not permitted on the property.

Do not use balconies, terraces, or exterior stairways to hang garments or other items, clean rugs or household items, or cook food.

Please keep noise levels moderate at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

There are no lifeguards on duty. Swim at your own risk.

Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Glass bottles, glassware, and other glass containers are strictly prohibited in and around the pool. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers.

All registered guests must wear wristbands while on the property and when using community amenities.

All guests must comply with Ocean’s Door Getaways rules, community rules, and all applicable laws. Serious disturbances, disorderly conduct, police involvement, or reported rule violations may result in a property inspection.

If a violation is confirmed, the primary guest may be required to speak promptly with an Ocean’s Door Getaways representative. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of the stay and removal from the property, subject to the terms of the reservation and applicable booking-platform policies.

By booking, you agree that compliance with these rules is a condition of occupancy.

One more improvement I’d make: if Hostaway gives you separate fields for pets, smoking, quiet hours, minimum age, and events, set those individually too rather than relying only on this text. Airbnb tends to surface structured rules more clearly to guests.
