The identical 3 bedroom / 3 full bathroom floorplans facing the Gulf can be used or rented as separate units individually secured by custom bolt-lock adjoining doors, or combined for a spacious 6 bedroom, 4 full bathroom, two kitchen, almost 4,000 square foot suite which comfortably sleeps 15 and decorated in a tasteful space-saving style allowing for extra sleepers and abundant ‘playing room.’ In addition to the spectacular Gulf and beach views from the private balconies off the living areas and bedrooms, the extended balconies stretching from the sides of both condos provide breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf shoreline and amazing sunsets!
