This 3/bed 2.5 bath is perfect for up to 8 guests! Our high ceilings, open floor plan and upgraded lighting will make your stay a first-class experience. Amenities include four beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs and towels as well as a charcoal grill and patio space.
The space
Welcome to our home! The spacious open concept living room and kitchen floor plan makes it easy to enjoy each other’s company. The living area features a 65-inch smart TV, books, and games with comfortable and modern décor. Enjoy complimentary WIFI, throughout the house. The kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances, touchless faucet, ceramic tile backsplash, granite countertops and is fully stocked for your family! It features a bar that seats four. The dining area has a large table that seats six.

Outside, behind the house the back deck has additional seating for four and is the perfect place to have your morning coffee. Grill masters will be pleased to find a charcoal grill, perfect for preparing fish or flipping burgers!

Additionally, on the main floor you will find a large pantry, a half bath with granite countertop and plush hand towels.

As you make your way upstairs the serene master suite welcomes you with a king bed and luxury linens. Features a walk-in closet and 55-inch smart TV. The master bathroom has a large shower, double vanity with granite countertops, Plush towels, and hypoallergenic essentials such as shampoo, soap and conditioner.

Upstairs you will also find two other guest rooms which share a bathroom. The first features a queen bed, luxury linens and a 43-inch smart TV. The colorful bunk room includes a twin over full with a trundle and 43 inch smart TV for any children who are along on vacation! In all, 8 guests will find a comfortable and peaceful place to recharge after long beach days.

Guest access
The townhouse is a private residence where guests will have access to the entire house including the garage and driveway for parking. Guests will receive a welcome letter with check-in instructions a few days prior to arrival.
