Shores of Panama Construction Notice: Shores of Panama is undergoing a complete exterior stucco renovation beginning October 20, 2025 & ending by March 24, 2026. You will see construction equipment/personnel & some areas may be closed due to construction. To account for the inconvenience of any noise you may experience during the day due to this construction, we have discounted our rates. Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, "Ocean Shores", Condo #1524 is located at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot on the 8th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for 2 parking passes & up to 8 RFID amenity armbands for your group.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Ocean Shores is a newly remodeled, beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom + bunk, 3 bath, beachfront condo in the Shores of Panama Resort. Walking in, the first thing you see is the amazing views. The bright emerald water, sandy white beach, and never-ending coast line is a truly breathtaking site. This beautiful condo also provides stunning views of the tropical lagoon pool and comfortable accommodations, making it perfect for you and your friends & family to make memories that last a lifetime.

The open plan living room/kitchen and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining! Featuring stainless steel appliances, updated granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a eat-in dining area you have everything you need to prepare anything from a quick meal to a even gourmet feast. There is seating at the eat-in kitchen bar, the dining table or even on your large, private balcony.

You can have your morning coffee while enjoying the gorgeous views from the HUGE windows, which allow for tons of natural light. The living area also has plenty of seating for everyone in your group! Featuring a large TV, two comfortable couches & an oversized chair makes it perfect for movie and game nights! You can end the day with a cocktail on the large balcony, watching the gorgeous sunset with family and friends. The spacious living room includes a queen pullout sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 8. This unit also includes free WiFi and a full sized Washer and Dryer.

The master suite features plush bedding, plump pillows, and cozy linens that are soft against your skin. The large TV is perfect for playing your favorite show or movie after a long day out on the water. You can also use the private bath with a tub to ease your aching muscles, or a shower to rinse the white sand off of your feet before crawling into bed.
Your guests can claim their space in the second bedroom or the cozy bunkroom. The quest room features a queen sized bed with plush bedding, flat screen TV for watching the newest Netflix flick, and a full private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo to clean yourself after a day of skimming the waves in the salt water or running along the boardwalk.
The bunkroom has a twin/twin bunkbed with colorful, comfortable bedding. A smart TV helps to keep the kids entertained, and a door that separates it from the rest of the condo, giving both the kids & adults privacy. An attached full bath with a standup shower is perfect for washing the days sand & salt off before curling into bed with their favorite show.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just minutes away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. 1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
