This condo is spacious, clean, and family friendly! The master bedroom has a NEW king size bed, a private master bath, and its own balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a NEW king size bed with an adjoining bath and the 3rd bedroom has 2 NEW sets of TWIN over FULL bunk beds. The master bathroom has a custom tile shower and there is a tub/shower combo in the second bathroom.

Pelican Walk 412 is located on the fourth floor and features all NEW furniture in 2025, including a NEW queen sleeper sofa! Check out the NEW Bunk room with 2 TWIN over FULL bunk beds! *Age Restriction for the TOP bunk: We recommending that only children over the age of six use the top bunk.

NEW Dining furniture provides seating for 6 and there are 3 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless steel appliances and a new washer & dryer in the condo.
