Your walk to the beach from this house is much shorter than staying in most condos. It is located directly across a very small quiet street from a beach access. From your front door it is about 30 second walk to be on the white sand beach.

Wonderful 6 bedroom house located just a short 30 second walk to the beach on a very quiet cul de sac (no through traffic). This well kept and well cleaned house is beautiful and the owners have finished extensive upgrades in January 2021, including new bathrooms, new floors, new furniture, new larger pool deck and backyard, painted inside and outside. A great place for large families or groups, this house offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeping for 16, 2 kitchens, a private pool, BBQ grill, strong WiFi, Cable TV, plenty of parking spots and more!

Pet Policy - Generally a limit of 3 Pets up to 60 pounds $100 1 Dog $50 each 2nd & 3rd. Fees for 2nd & 3rd Dogs will be added to the total shown.

very nice house for the price, check in and all that was as simple as can be. The only downsides were the blender did not work, one of the toasters didn’t work and only half worked on the one that worked, the dryer downstairs would not dry, and one of the downstairs door did not completely close

We enjoyed the property and the location, we did have a few issues but after a quick text our issues were addressed within a couple hours. Definitely needs some updates but we would stay here again

The house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own bedroom, no more then 3 people to a bathroom. We enjoyed the pool and played games in the evening and the beach was just the other side of the houses across the street.

Family getaway

We had 13 of our family & friends that truly enjoyed the location just steps from the beach. The beds were very comfy & clean throughout. The pool is a great bonus when the sand got too hot for little feet. I already asked about a return visit for veteran friends for Army/Navy game!

Overall this is a great place. I was able to have my whole family in one place. The living room furniture needs replaced and there is alarms on the doors going out to the pool that gets annoying.,but we will definitely be booking again.

Every day that we stayed at this facility, we had problems with sewage. The next-door neighbor kept coming over saying that sewage was backing over into their yard. I made multiple complaints regarding this issue. There was a reset button that had to be reset several times a day for the pump on the sewage. Finally, on day, five of our stay sewage began backing up into the commodes and into bathtub and then to the floor. We had to terminate our stay due to this issue. Definitely do not recommend this day. I have stayed with many VRBO properties and never had an issue such as this. Vrbo was very responsive and contacted us immediately for resolution. However, the host not available to rectify this situation. I have never given a bad review and all the years I've stayed with Vrbo. Unfortunately this was a terrible trip.

Nice house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House and the pool were clean when we arrived, it is big and perfect for a large family, my grandbabies loved having their own room and getting in the pool after being at the beach. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing missing is inside stairs but it worked out for us but would be a nice feature.

Nice beach home that all 16 of us fit comfortably!

The property had everything we needed! It was enough room to fit all 16 of us comfortably. The beach access is closer than in the pictures, it probably wasn’t even a minute walk to the property from the beach! Great spring break spot for large groups! The pool is also great for when it is too windy on the beach! Definitely recommend giving this place a look.

Very fun week

Property was perfect for my group. Wasn’t perfect due to minor cleanliness issues however fit a group of 16 very well. Couple of chairs were broken when we arrived and mattresses had minor stains however the rest of the house was great. My group had a great time and difficulty’s or issues during our trip.

Great Vacation

Overall our vacation was fantastic. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the furniture in the house specifically the sofa upstairs and the 2nd bedroom king size bed upstairs . We did have to call maintenance for the master bedroom shower, tv and one of the closet doors was broken, but they came really quick and fixed the issues immediately. Great location in proximity to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING

Everything was perfect the house was clean and ready when we got there. The pool was a little dirty when we got there because of rain and wind but someone was there early the next morning without request to clean it up. The host was very quick with responding to questions and were very cooperative with the checking in and out. Will definitely do this house again if I come back!!!

i had a large group of 17 people for spring break and we all had a great time the neighborhood is beautiful however it is a bit far to popular places so walking to some places isn’t possible. Otherwise all was good

Family Vacation 2023

It a wonderful week at the beach with our family. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us. We had to request pool service because of algae on the sides and floor of the pool; service was completed quickly and effectively. Kitchen trash can could use a deep clean. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay.

I gave this property 3 stars because, overall, it was a decent place to stay. The short walk to the beach was definitely a plus. That said, there were several issues that impacted our stay. The biggest was the layout of the property. We booked this expecting a single 6-bedroom, 4-bath beach house. Instead, it was essentially two separate apartments with no interior access between the upstairs and downstairs. The only way to move between the two levels was by using the exterior staircases at the front or back of the house. Looking back at the listing, we don’t feel this was made clear. Had we known the property was divided into two separate living spaces, we may have chosen a different rental. Traveling with a large family, it was inconvenient to split groceries, drinks, and other essentials between two kitchens just to avoid constantly going up and down the outside stairs.The downstairs unit was also not stocked well. There were no pots or pans, very limited utensils, and the washer and dryer were out of order throughout our stay.When we arrived, the water in the pool was cloudy and there was trash floating in it. We contacted the property manager, who told us someone would come out to clean it. Since it was the weekend, we understood there could be a delay. We believe someone came by around Tuesday because the water looked somewhat clearer, but the trash remained in the pool, and still wasn’t fully cleaned.
