The space
Welcome to 'Serene Skies!'
This new coastal retreat is designed for large groups looking for space, style, and elevated 30A living, offering the perfect setting for a relaxed beach getaway!
As you arrive, you're welcomed into a charming living area with a Full-sized sleeper sofa, offering space to relax or accommodate extra guests. Also on this floor is the first bedroom, with a King bed and a walk-in closet. Just next door is a dedicated bathroom with a glass shower.
Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find the heart of the home, a bright, open-concept living room with a cozy fireplace and a private balcony. This area flows seamlessly into the chef's kitchen, which is complete with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating for 4. Just beyond is the dining room with a lovely table for 8 and an additional balcony. This level also includes a dedicated office area and a convenient half bathroom.
The third floor includes the laundry room and the remaining 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, a walk-in closet, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. Two additional guest bedrooms each feature a Queen bed and share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The final bedroom is a bunk room with one Twin-over-Full bunk bed with a Twin XL trundle and its own en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.
On the top level, you'll find the show-stopping rooftop terrace! This incredible space features a private hot tub with gorgeous Gulf views, an outdoor dining area, a cozy sitting area with a TV, sun loungers, corn hole, and a fully equipped built-in outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, sink, and a mini fridge. It's the perfect place to relax, entertain, and enjoy sunset evenings!
There is also a ping pong table in the garage for added entertainment!
With the community pool just down the street and easy beach access nearby, 'Serene Skies'offers the ideal blend of luxury and location!
You're within walking or biking distance to local favorites like Donut Hole, Amici 30A, and more, with Rosemary and Alys Beaches also just a few minutes away!

Spot for 1 car in the garage along with the LSV/golf cart, and 2 additional cars in the driveway. EV Charger available in the garage for electric car charging on the go!
Guests can also enjoy access to the Twin Palms community pool, located just down the street!
Located less than a half-mile from the property, the new Highway 98 Underpass makes it easy to bike directly to Highway 30A without having to cross busy roads! This art-filled pathway, featuring vibrant murals and sculptures, is both a safe and scenic way for guests looking to explore the area!
Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East, or to the West, or on Highway 98. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, hot tub, or other amenities provided to guests.
