The room was mediocre for the price. They gave you arm bands that you had to wear during your stay and one of ours was broken when we got there so we had to share arm bands. Security would get onto you if you didnt have it. Minimal dishes to cook with and bowls. The refrigerator door was broken. There were stains on the covers and they were wrinkled when we got in. Check out time is 9AM but check in time isnt until 4PM. In order to get a cart to get your luggage in they have to take your ID and wont return it until you have returned the cart which was super inconvenient if you have a lot of stuff and only 1 adult with a ID. No staff to assist you with issues. Almost $50 to park. Food and drink prices super expensive to me. Overall displeased.

The location was good for beach and ocean view. There basically was no staff available except the luggage cart attendant. A little bit too much automation for my taste. I like people interactions. The condo furnishings were old and could use updating. The walk from the parking garage to the unit was inconvenient. Especially since we are senior citizens.

Great stay..

The condo was very beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back and stay for a longer period of time it would be great if there was blackout curtains in the bedroom as the light came through the blinds, other than that we loved the place we are planning to come back next summer and stay longer..

We had mold in the tub it took them 4 days to only issue a 198.63$ refund. My daughter couldn’t take a bath we had to hand wash her everyday and she’s 8. We asked for a new room and they denied it saying living in mold is basically livable the room was dirty and handles breaking off washer and dryers. The walls looked like they painted over chipped spots. The dishwasher had mold and fridge was terrible with black mold on it also and bird poop all over the chairs.

Very comfortable & clean condo & amenities were great. The only con was no ventilation in the very hot elevators which were often pretty long rides due to being a 23 story, very busy building.

Stinky Smelly Room

When we opened the door we were knock down from the smell. It smelt like a dirty mop. The floors were gross. Whoever cleans this place should get a new mop and clean water. As far as having enough room for 4 people it was very comfortable. Plenty of items to cook in our room.

View is beautiful, pool was chilly but its October, elevators had only 1 working at each end of tower 1 but they had someone fix it within 24 hours which was totally reasonable and they were on top of it. Property was very clean and well maintained. Walkable to get breakfast at Waffle House. About a 15 minute walk to Pineapple Willy’s either from the beach or 20 minute on sidewalks . Also, walkable to get to RockIt Lanes, Alvin's Island, Surf Style and Shipwreck LTD Store. Which is nice during busy time of the year when traffic is super busy.

I wasnt pleased with my room at all. It was NOTHING like pictures that was advertised. It was supposed to sleep 6 & we could only comfortably sleep 4. The love seat was supposed to be a pull out couch & it wasn't. The property didnt care that the room wasnt what I was supposed to have & wouldn't even compensate me or move us rooms. I am very disappointed with how they handle their business. They dont care about the customers at all. But yet called and wanted a ceedit card for incidentals. The stove was broken. Only 2 burners worked. I will never book with them again.
