Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

Welcome to Long Beach Resort, where you will begin your long awaited vacation in this lovely unit overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the unbelievable, wall to wall floor to ceiling ocean views from every room of this spacious, 1400 square foot condo located on the twelfth floor of Tower 1. The resort is convenient to everything from great restaurants to a super WalMart right across the street! There is a huge lagoon pool (6800 sq ft) with islands and waterfalls, three whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), on-site bar and grill (seasonal), umbrella chair rental on site as well during season as 24 hour gated access and security with plenty of parking.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and features a flat screen tv. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, and two queen beds in the second bedroom, both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Each bedroom has it's own en suite bathroom. The spectacular full kitchen has all the necessary appliances and tableware with plenty of cabinets to store your groceries! The kitchen also features new granite countertops. The living/dining area and both bedrooms open out onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 sq ft of sandy white beach.

This Unit is Non Smoking, No Pets Allowed, and Renter Must Be at Least 25 Years of Age and Occupy the Unit for the Entire Rental.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Our condo was exactly as advertised. It is beachfront with the most amazing ocean views, including that beautiful sunset! The living space is perfect for a family. It was clean and had everything we needed. The two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, large living room, oceanfront balconi, and full kitchen were exactly what we needed to fully enjoy our Spring Break in PCB. The check-in process could not have been easier. Communicating with Kim's Condos was a breeze. Thank you for listing this amazing getaway!! We'll be back!

My overall experience was good. The condo was comfortable and had amazing views. The location was great and the pool was huge. We had a problem with our dryer not working but the property owner immediately made accommodations us. We would definitely stay there again.

Love staying at LB always . This unit not as nice and clean as units before . Under the beds were dirty , dirty panties behind a closest door , hair in fridge , broken lamp shade , missing remotes and one toilet wouldn’t flush without taking lid off . All of that aside LB is always our favorite property.
