I have nothing but positive things to say for this hotel. It was spotless, from the lobby to the room and everything in between. The front staff were attentive, professional, and courteous - shout out to your agent from Memphis, TN! While the pool was cold when I visited, it didn't stop me from getting in - the pool area is really nice. Breakfast was attended to better than I've seen most restaurants... elevators quick & quiet. Rooms well stocked - and that bed... oh, how I miss that bed.

My stay at Homewood Suites was fantastic. My daughter had a softball tournament at Publix Sports Complex and we could walk to the sports complex from the hotel. The hotel was clean with every necessary amenity. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with more variety than is customary from a "hotel breakfast". Definitely will return and 100% recommend!

The free breakfast was definitely a plus and came in clutch. The room was clean, but there were stains on the arm rests of the chair in the living room area. Also the tub was kind of slippery when taking a shower. Lastly, mom stated that housekeeping knocked on the door first then came in with a key before my mom could say anything. My mom had told them to come back in 30 minutes, but they never did. That was on the first day. Then we found out that housekeeping only cleans every 3rd day of your stay. When we had saw they still didn’t clean the room on the 3rd day my mom stopped housekeeping across the hall and they did clean the room. Overall we did enjoy our stay, the location and how conveniently close everything was to us.

Anniversary trip

We enjoyed the stay so much. The location is close to everything by car. It’s located in a beautiful new development. The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean. And lastly…the BREAKFAST was great! I would definitely recommend and I plan on staying here again.
